Who You Talk To

Usuallycompletely Windows & Siding does not have staff who visit homes or quote jobs. After your request, you speak with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. It runs its own crews, schedule and pricing.

What Happens After You Ask

1. You send a short request, or Request a callback to check provider availability. 2. A provider reviews the details. 3. The provider contacts you to ask a few questions. 4. A visit is set up, if the job fits. 5. You receive a written quote.

Many providers can respond quickly. Timing still depends on the season and their workload. Storm weeks and the first cold snaps tend to be busy.

What to Ask a Provider

Keep your questions short and specific.

• Scope: Which windows or walls are included? What happens to old trim?
• Products: What frame material and glass package are you proposing? Is it an energy efficient window, and how is that rated?
• Siding: Is it vinyl siding or another material? What goes behind it, such as house wrap and flashing?
• Older homes: How do you handle out-of-square openings or stone and block walls?
• Paperwork: Are you licensed and insured for this work in Massachusetts? Can I see proof?
• Quote: Is everything in writing, including removal and cleanup?
• Warranty: What does the product maker cover, and what does your labor cover?

Keep in Mind

This network handles window replacement of two or more windows, and siding installation. A provider may decline a single repair. That is normal.
